We stand by the quality and durability of our backpacks. Your Loctote bags are covered by 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What is covered?

• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship, such as stitching, zippers, or hardware

What is not covered?

• Normal wear and tear from daily use, including scuffs, scratches, or fading
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Modifications or repairs by third-party services not authorized by us

How to make a warranty claim

To submit a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

Warranty limitations
