Perfect for bringing a bike onto the Metro rail in Los Angeles. It can be used to strap your bike to the horizontal rod in the space for bikes on the trains. It works not only to provide security, though you should keep your eye on your bike anyway. It can also serve to hold your bike in place so that it doesn't fall over.

We bought new ebikes in Florida for use when we are visiting our vacation rental. The bike shop owner said he uses a lock “that keeps honest people honest! Not me, I want a lock that keeps the bad guys away! These have done the trick for our two bikes. I don’t “wear” them but wrapped up tight, they fit in my basket between stops! Thank you so much!
