International Shipping – International orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping is a flat $10 on all international orders, and delivery typically takes 5-9 days depending on location. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased directly from this website, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for an exchange or refund. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. For international customers, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
All LOCTOTE™ products purchased directly from this website are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for thirty days from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover intentional damage, accidental damage, damage resulting from unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling, damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use, or other consequential damages. If a defect is found in materials or workmanship, please feel free to contact us for instructions and authorization to send the defective product to us. Products that cannot be repaired to our standards will be replaced with a new one. We will cover the costs associated with shipping the defective product to us.
We accept no liability for any actual, consequential, or incidental damages or losses incurred as a result of using a LOCTOTE™ product. Though we are confident that we produce the best and most secure products available, we cannot control how they are used, the situations and circumstances in which they are used, or the forces and abuses to which they may be subjected.
If your bag is in a particularly punishing situation, we would love to hear about it. If your bag gets destroyed and your story is good, we just might give you a new one anyway.
