    Good Bag, Bad Lock

    The bag itself is great. Unfortunately, the lock would not open. I turned the dials to "000" as indicated for the initial opening to set my combination. I made numerous attempts to no avail. Now I'll have to cut the lock off of the bag and purchase another lock.
